"Thalassophile" is Greek for "a person who loves the sea." We are a local diving studio in Palau offering scuba diving, snorkeling, kayaking, SUP, and other water activities. We can also help you book other fun eco-tours and wilderness experiences on the outer islands.
We believe that caring for and respecting the ocean isn't something you can just learn from a textbook; it’s a feeling that comes from personal experience.
And the journey of falling in love with the ocean and learning to respect nature is a beautiful one in itself.
In the waters of Palau, we’ve witnessed the romantic courtship dances of manta rays, schools of baby sharks wobbling as if they’re still learning to swim, old sea turtles scrubbing their backs against rocks, and tiger sharks feasting on a sperm whale carcass...
Countless breathtaking scenes, each one vivid and real, worth protecting with all our hearts. Because we love the ocean, we sincerely hope you’ll experience its beauty too and join us in our conservation efforts.
The inspiration for thalassophile club comes from the ocean. The sea is our teacher, showing us about life, hope, love, diversity, and so many beautiful things.
We welcome everyone here. If you're up for it, we’d love to connect and share stories about the ocean, travel, culture, food, and more.
We advocate for sustainable travel, focusing on environmental protection and local culture. We’re all about exploring the wonders of Palau without disturbing nature or leaving a "footprint" behind.
We care about how you feel. If we could stack up all those happy moments, would they turn into your eternal love for the ocean?
At thalassophile club, we live by the island vibe: be free, be respectful, share the love, and embrace the ocean!
We advocate for sustainable travel, focusing on environmental protection and local culture. We’re all about discovering the joys of Palau in a way that respects nature and leaves no trace behind.
