The thalassophile club maintains a neutral stance on visiting Dolphin Bay. Generally, we oppose the captivity of marine mammals; however, the ecosystem at Dolphins Pacific is unique. We have personally inspected the environment and met the trainers, and we believe they are doing their best to care for the dolphins living there. That said, we completely respect your decision if you are firmly against any form of wildlife captivity.

  • Full equipment (including wetsuits) is provided; participants only need to bring swimwear and a towel
  • Please provide a digital ID photo for certification (any size, file size 300KB or larger)

Diving Guidelines

  • Air tanks for the corresponding number of dives are included
  • Boat rides to dive sites take 30-50 minutes; if you are prone to seasickness, please bring your own medication
  • Actual dive sites are determined by weather, currents, sea conditions, and the group's preferences and abilities. For safety reasons, the lead guide reserves the right to make the final decision
  • Please follow your guide’s instructions at all times and do not leave the group. Any costs or legal liabilities resulting from unauthorized departure or reckless behavior are the sole responsibility of the individual
  • Protect the ocean: do not touch coral or other marine life while diving
  • Be mindful of your physical condition; if you are hungover, overly exhausted, or feeling unwell, please assess your fitness before diving
  • Avoid alcohol consumption for at least eight hours before diving
  • For safety, every participant must wear a dive computer and follow its no-decompression limits and instructions. If a computer "locks" due to improper diving, we reserve the right to prohibit further diving until it resets, with no compensation provided
  • At specific sites (e.g., Blue Corner, Siaes Corner, Ulong Channel, Peleliu Express), every diver must carry a reef hook to ensure safety and prevent coral damage
  • Do not fly within 12 hours of a single dive or 18 hours of repetitive dives
  • To protect coral reefs, Palau prohibits sunscreens containing harmful ingredients. We recommend physical sun protection (rash guards and hats) instead of sunscreen. Avoid makeup, and if you must use sunscreen, please choose "reef-safe" products
